bajeer Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters to bajeer. This policy explains exactly what personal data we collect from Bangladeshi players, how we use it, how we protect it, and what rights you hold over your own information.
bajeer collects personal data strictly for the purposes of account management, payment processing, KYC verification, and improving your platform experience. We do not collect data speculatively or sell it to third parties.
All data transmitted between your device and the bajeer platform is protected by industry-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption. This applies to account login, payment transactions, form submissions, and every other interaction with bajeer.
bajeer does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for their own marketing or commercial purposes. Data shared with third parties is limited to what is strictly necessary for the services those parties provide to bajeer (e.g., payment processors, identity verification providers).
You have the right to access, correct, and in certain circumstances request deletion of your personal data held by bajeer. Requests can be made by contacting bajeer support. bajeer will respond to all valid data requests within 30 days.
bajeer uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to keep your session active, remember your preferences, and analyse aggregate platform usage. Essential session cookies are always active; analytics and preference cookies may be managed via your browser settings.
bajeer does not knowingly collect personal data from any person under the age of 21. If bajeer discovers that data has been collected from a minor, the relevant account will be closed immediately and all associated data deleted in accordance with this policy.
1. Definitions
"Personal Data" means any information that identifies or can reasonably be used to identify you as an individual, including your name, date of birth, mobile number, payment account details, and device identifiers. "Processing" means any operation performed on Personal Data, including collection, storage, use, disclosure, and deletion. "Platform" means the bajeer website at bajeer.pro and all associated services, game pages, and account management interfaces. "You" / "Player" / "User" means any individual who accesses the bajeer Platform, whether as a registered account holder or as a guest visitor.
2. Data We Collect
bajeer collects personal data in the following categories when you register, use, or interact with the Platform:
- Identity Data: full legal name, date of birth, nationality, and copies of identity documents (National ID card, passport, or birth registration certificate) provided during KYC verification.
- Contact Data: registered mobile phone number and, where provided, an email address used for account communications.
- Financial Data: mobile financial service account identifiers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) used for deposits and withdrawals. bajeer does not store full payment account credentials — only the account reference required for transaction matching and withdrawal routing.
- Transaction Data: records of all deposits, withdrawals, bonus credits, wagers placed, game results, and account balance changes associated with your bajeer Account.
- Technical Data: IP address, device type, operating system, browser type and version, screen resolution, and session timestamps collected automatically when you access the Platform.
- Usage Data: pages visited, games launched, time spent on specific game categories, click-path data, and search queries entered within the Platform.
- Communications Data: records of support chat conversations, complaint submissions, and any other written communication you send to bajeer's support team.
- Preference Data: language preferences, responsible gaming limit settings, and notification preferences stored against your Account.
bajeer collects this data directly from you (when you register, contact support, or update your Account), automatically (via cookies and server logs when you use the Platform), and from third-party identity verification providers where you consent to such verification as part of the KYC process.
3. How We Use Your Data
bajeer processes your Personal Data for the following purposes, each of which represents a legitimate operational or legal basis for processing:
4. Legal Basis for Processing
bajeer processes your Personal Data on the following legal bases:
- Contractual Necessity: Processing required to fulfil the agreement between you and bajeer — including account creation, deposit and withdrawal execution, and game result recording — is carried out because it is necessary to perform the contract you entered into when you registered a bajeer Account.
- Legal Obligation: Certain processing activities (KYC verification, anti-money-laundering record retention) are carried out because bajeer is required to do so under applicable financial regulations and responsible gaming obligations.
- Legitimate Interests: bajeer processes Technical Data and Usage Data for fraud detection, platform security, and aggregate analytics, where our legitimate interest in operating a safe and well-functioning platform is not overridden by your privacy interests.
- Consent: Marketing communications and non-essential analytics cookies are processed on the basis of your consent, which you may withdraw at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
5. Sharing Your Data with Third Parties
bajeer does not sell your Personal Data. We share data with third parties only in the following limited circumstances:
- Payment Service Providers: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), and Upay receive the transaction data necessary to process your deposits and withdrawals. Each provider operates under its own privacy policy and applicable Bangladesh Bank regulations.
- Identity Verification Providers: Where bajeer uses a third-party KYC service to verify your identity documents, the relevant identity data is shared with that provider solely for the purpose of completing the verification check.
- Game Software Providers: Game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, and others receive limited session data (player identifier, bet amounts, game round results) necessary to run the games and calculate results. They do not receive your full identity or payment data.
- Legal & Regulatory Authorities: bajeer may disclose Personal Data to law enforcement, regulatory bodies, or other authorities where required by applicable law, a court order, or where bajeer reasonably believes disclosure is necessary to prevent fraud or protect the safety of players or third parties.
- Business Transfers: If bajeer undergoes a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your Personal Data may be transferred as part of that transaction. bajeer will notify affected players before their data becomes subject to a materially different privacy policy as a result of such a transfer.
All third parties with whom bajeer shares data are contractually required to process that data only for the specified purpose, to maintain appropriate technical and organisational security measures, and to delete or return data once the processing purpose is fulfilled.
6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
bajeer uses cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to operate and improve the Platform. Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you access the bajeer website. The following categories of cookies are in use:
- Essential Cookies: Required for the Platform to function. These include session authentication cookies that keep you logged in while you navigate between pages, and security cookies that protect against cross-site request forgery. These cookies cannot be disabled without preventing the Platform from working correctly.
- Preference Cookies: Store your language preferences and responsible gaming limit settings so that these are remembered between sessions. These cookies do not track your activity across other websites.
- Analytics Cookies: Collect anonymised data about how players use the Platform — which game categories are most visited, where users exit the registration flow, and overall traffic patterns. This data is used in aggregate form only to improve the Platform.
- Security & Fraud Detection Cookies: Used to identify unusual patterns of behaviour that may indicate account takeover attempts, bot activity, or other security threats. These cookies form part of bajeer's fraud prevention infrastructure.
You may manage non-essential cookies through your browser settings. Disabling analytics or preference cookies will not prevent you from using the Platform but may reduce the quality of your personalised experience. Essential and security cookies cannot be disabled via browser settings without affecting Platform functionality.
7. Data Retention
bajeer retains your Personal Data for as long as your Account remains active and for a further period as required to fulfil the purposes described in this policy or to comply with applicable legal obligations. Specific retention periods are as follows:
- Account and Identity Data: Retained for the lifetime of the Account and for a minimum of five years following Account closure, to meet financial record-keeping and anti-money-laundering obligations.
- Transaction Data: Retained for a minimum of five years from the date of each transaction.
- Support Communications: Retained for three years from the date of the interaction, unless the communication is relevant to an ongoing dispute, in which case it is retained until the dispute is fully resolved.
- Technical and Usage Data: Retained in anonymised or aggregated form for up to two years for analytics and platform improvement purposes.
- Marketing Consent Records: Retained for as long as your Account is active; consent withdrawal records are retained for five years as evidence of the withdrawal.
When the relevant retention period expires, bajeer will securely delete or anonymise your Personal Data so that it can no longer be associated with you as an individual.
8. Data Security
bajeer implements a layered set of technical and organisational security measures to protect your Personal Data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include:
- SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit between your device and bajeer servers.
- Encryption of sensitive data at rest, including payment account references and identity document copies.
- Role-based access controls ensuring that bajeer staff can access only the data necessary for their specific job function.
- Regular security assessments and vulnerability scanning of the Platform infrastructure.
- Automated anomaly detection to identify and respond to unusual access patterns or data exfiltration attempts.
- Secure deletion procedures for data that has reached the end of its retention period.
While bajeer takes data security seriously and employs robust protective measures, no online platform can guarantee absolute security against all conceivable threats. You are responsible for keeping your own Account credentials — your username and password — confidential. bajeer will never ask you to disclose your password via any channel.
In the event of a data breach that is reasonably likely to result in a risk to your rights or interests, bajeer will notify affected players without undue delay and will take all appropriate remediation steps.
9. Your Rights
As a bajeer player, you have the following rights over your Personal Data. To exercise any of these rights, contact bajeer support at [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link). bajeer will respond to all valid requests within 30 days.
- Right of Access: You may request a copy of the Personal Data bajeer holds about you, together with information about how it is being used.
- Right to Rectification: If any Personal Data bajeer holds about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to request that it be corrected.
- Right to Erasure: In certain circumstances — for example, where the data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected — you may request that bajeer delete your Personal Data. This right is subject to overriding legal retention obligations.
- Right to Restriction of Processing: You may request that bajeer restrict the processing of your data while a correction request or objection is under review.
- Right to Data Portability: Where processing is based on your consent or on contractual necessity, you may request that bajeer provide your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
- Right to Object: You may object to processing based on bajeer's legitimate interests, including profiling for responsible gaming monitoring, where you believe your individual circumstances override those interests.
- Right to Withdraw Consent: Where processing is based on your consent (e.g., marketing communications), you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
10. Children's Privacy
bajeer is strictly for adults aged 21 years and above. bajeer does not knowingly collect, store, or process Personal Data relating to any individual under the age of 21. If bajeer becomes aware that Personal Data has been submitted by or on behalf of a person under 21, the relevant Account will be suspended immediately, all associated Personal Data will be deleted in a timely manner, and any balance in that Account will be handled in accordance with bajeer's Terms & Conditions.
If you believe that a minor has registered an Account on bajeer, please contact bajeer support immediately so that the Account can be investigated and closed.
11. Links to Third-Party Content
The bajeer Platform may reference third-party game providers, payment services, and sports data sources. bajeer is not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. This Privacy Policy applies solely to data processed by bajeer through the bajeer Platform. Players who interact directly with a third-party provider's interface should review that provider's own privacy documentation.
12. Changes to This Policy
bajeer reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Revised versions will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material — for example, where bajeer introduces a new category of data use or shares data with a new category of third party — bajeer will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via their registered contact details before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of a revised Privacy Policy constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

bajeer aims to acknowledge all privacy-related enquiries within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 30 days. Where a request is particularly complex or where a large volume of requests is received simultaneously, bajeer may extend the response period by a further 30 days, in which case you will be notified of the extension and the reason for it.
